Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support the alterations department. You will work closely with the Store Manager to provide an A+ customer experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, pressing garments, using POS systems, and maintaining a clean alterations area while promoting alterations services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, and via virtual channels.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and scheduling of fittings.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and uphold dress code.
