David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. The role supports greeting customers, scheduling, garment pressing, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

You will work under the Store Manager, handling multiple customers, answering phones, promoting alterations, and maintaining store standards while upholding Dress Code policies. Part-time position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, virtual chat or in person with enthusiastic, friendly service.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards to ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments and ensure quality before delivery to customers.
• Escort customers to alterations for appointments and support appointment scheduling.
