Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, manage appointments, and ensure a five-star service experience in-store. You will assist with alterations, pressing garments, and help coordinate pickups while maintaining high dress code and store standards.

Role involves handling phones, transactions, and interactions with customers to build long-term loyalty and a seamless alterations process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store recommended.
• Sewing experience helpful for alterations tasks.
• Experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chats with enthusiasm and problem-solving mindset.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Assist with alterations appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring ready-for-pickup items.
• Assist Alterations Manager in addressing customer issues and maintaining store standards.
