Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and provide an A+ customer experience. You will report to the Store Manager and may welcome customers, set appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prepare items for pickup.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, garment care, and collaboration with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and ensure pristine delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or via chat and resolve issues professionally.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with appointments, alterations, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and promote services.
• Coordinate with Alterations Manager to address issues and ensure quality before delivery.
• Support cash wrap and return processing with accuracy.
