Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's. You will supervise the breakfast shift, coach crew, maintain quality, safety, and efficiency, and help drive breakfast sales while controlling costs.

We seek leaders who can train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in shift management and a strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Love fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Value teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Manage breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew meetings and training.
• Control inventory and assist with food cost variances.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Assist interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
