Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for our Hardee's location. You will supervise the breakfast shift, drive sales growth, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will coach and develop crew, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure equipment cleanliness, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Weekly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew team meetings on procedures, safety, and training.
• Maintain adequate product supply and control inventory for breakfast items.
• Maintain reports and compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash procedures and shift accounting.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost control.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Support interviewing and hiring per company standards.
