Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties and conduct team meetings as needed.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variances for breakfast items.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and records are maintained.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet guest flow and labor standards.
• Support hiring and onboarding of qualified staff under management guidance.
