Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to lead the breakfast shift, coach crew, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

You will ensure equipment is clean and functional, manage inventory and labor costs, and work closely with the management team to deliver excellent guest service. The role involves training staff, scheduling, handling cash procedures, and maintaining records in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• 1 year of shift management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and station are cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Lead crew meetings on procedures, safety, training and promotions.
• Maintain supplies to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet food cost standards.
