Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift and drive sales growth through the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The role emphasizes profitability and hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor.

You will coach and develop crew, manage inventory and cash procedures, and help schedule staff to meet guest flow. The position offers a path toward advancement within a large restaurant group with benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably valid Driver's License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Values teamwork and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards
• Maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness
• Manage equipment cleanliness and maintenance for breakfast production
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management to meet standards
• Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff and training crew
