You will supervise the breakfast shift (4am start), drive sales growth, and ensure top quality, service, safety, and cleanliness. Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the restaurant during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth through maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Manage the 4am breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment (ovens, flat grills, biscuit station) and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc.
• Maintain adequate supply of products; control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
