Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift, drive food quality and guest service, and lead a team of crew members with positive leadership.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls, while coaching staff and upholding company standards; We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver's License preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment and areas are clean and maintained.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted; schedule staff to meet guest flow.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs for breakfast items.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
