Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and manage labor costs.

You will coach crew, assist with scheduling, and support inventory and safety procedures for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have shift management experience, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train staff.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Assist with scheduling to meet guest flow and labor costs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality during breakfast hours.
• Coach and discipline crew as warranted and conduct team huddles.
• Help with interview/hiring of qualified staff and training.
