Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness to support profitability.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained; store properly after shift.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary guidance as warranted; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc.
• Maintain supplies and control inventory to meet food cost variance standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and comply with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper maintenance procedures.
• Handle cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff per regulations.
• Assist with lunch shift if needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Represent the company professionally.
