Job summary

Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to coordinate dispatch and ensure timely service for our fleet operations, with coverage around the clock. You will manage events, assign the nearest service provider, and communicate ETA while keeping customers informed and problems resolved.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with dispatching experience and strong multitasking skills. Training schedules run in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings and overnights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching or breakdown/tire experience, or 5 years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance.
• Assess and assign open events to the appropriate service provider.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow instructions.
• Notify supervisor of delays or repair issues.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
