Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator in Albuquerque to keep our fleet moving. You will troubleshoot events and dispatch the nearest service provider to complete repairs, with 24/7/365 coverage and flexible shifts driven by market needs.

This hands-on role rewards proactive problem solving and growth within a dynamic automotive team. In this role you will assess events, verify authorization to dispatch, inform customers of ETA, update supervisors on delays, and address

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching experience for breakdown/ tires, medium to heavy duty.
• Familiarity with dispatching and multitasking in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong knowledge of coordinating service providers and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.
• Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs.
• Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's ETA or problems with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
