Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous selling or retail experience.
• Ability to greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Macy's point of sale systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.

• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor for sales and markdowns.
