Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of selling or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer.
• Greet customers, recommend products, and upsell.
• Liaise between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat and properly signed for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events; drive sales and engagement.
• Operate Macy's POS systems to complete sales in a warm manner.
• Build brand-specific clientele for local marketing.
• Support sales and merchandising initiatives and partnerships.
