Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer always as the priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep the sales floor neat, signed for sales and markdowns, and on-brand.
• Plan and execute vendor events and local marketing initiatives.
• Be proficient with Macy's POS systems to complete sales.
