Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead a store's talent acquisition and development, acting as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will manage recruiting, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical services and HR to ensure top performance and 100% on-time delivery. The role includes driving customer experience and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and coach staff.
• Partner with Clinical services to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee repairs and lens edging to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues.
