Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead one of its fast-growing retail optical centers. You will recruit and develop store talent, partner with Clinical services, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee lab standards, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with the Support Center. A background in retail management and ABO/NCLE familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication across diverse teams.
• Willing to obtain ABO/NCLE certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; partner with Recruiting Department and train staff.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff goals.
• Ensure brand standards in lab area and manage equipment issues.
• Maintain delivery time commitments to patients and ensure on-time orders.
