Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will mentor a high-performing team, champion an entrepreneurial approach, and drive customer satisfaction within the store.

You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time, while maintaining brand standards in the lab and delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training of new team members.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
