Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development, guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will partner with Clinical services and HR to align on goals and delivery timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, performance reporting, and maintaining brand standards in the lab and throughout the store. Discover growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding national retailer.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within the first year.
• 3+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting, partnering with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
• Building strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
• Communicates effectively and builds a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute simple customer repairs, edge stock lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment issues.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
