Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development, guiding high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. You will manage recruiting, training and performance initiatives within a growing retail setting.

Collaborating with Clinical services and HR, you will analyze operational reports, uphold brand standards in the lab, and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of eyeglasses, while empowering associates to excel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• At least three years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; including direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff performance.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute simple customer repairs and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and notify management of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
