Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations, talent development, and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, partner with Clinical services, and monitor performance through regular reporting while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Process simple customer repairs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in lab area and report issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
