Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager who will lead store talent acquisition and development, and act as a brand ambassador within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will guide high-performing teams, partner with Clinical services, and drive growth while maintaining brand standards and service levels.

Your role involves analyzing performance data, collaborating with HR, and ensuring timely delivery of eyewear and services, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and plan growth.
• Partner with Clinical services and maintain strong relationship with Support Center/HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and performance targets.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and address equipment issues.
• Manage customer orders, repairs, lens edging, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain delivery times and uphold 100% compliance.
