Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager who will lead store operations, talent development, and customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering an outstanding patient experience while aligning with the company’s growth trajectory.

You will manage recruiting, training, and performance plans, collaborate with clinical services, and ensure on-time delivery and quality in lab and store processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Three years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store operations, including talent, sales building and execution, customer service and operational responsibilities.
• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; partnering with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied; resolve questions and provide solutions.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure goals are achieved.
• Communicate effectively and build partnerships with Support Center and HR.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and notify management of issues.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
