You will partner with clinical services, manage training plans, and drive performance across the team while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration with HR, and managing end-to-end store operations to support rapid growth and superior patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training for associates.
• Partner with Clinical services to support store operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lens edging, repairs, and on-time delivery for orders.
