Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train, and coach teams while partnering with Clinical services and HR to ensure high-quality patient care and sales performance.

You will analyze performance metrics, uphold brand standards, and manage lab operations to deliver accurate orders on time. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• Proven leadership in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Partner with Clinical services and HR to align operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to coordinate initiatives.
• Oversee lab standards, device repairs, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and monitor equipment and orders.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
