Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer care and maintaining brand standards.

The role offers growth opportunities within a nationwide optical retailer. As Brand Manager you will collaborate with Clinical services, Support Center, and HR to drive store performance, schedules, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Partner with Clinical services to align store operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to coordinate issues.
• Perform basic customer repairs and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Maintain brand standards in lab areas and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times (Now Service, Ready When Promised) for 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
