Job summary

Stanton Optical in Erie is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations, talent development, and a customer‑focused experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure brand standards, analyze performance data, and work with Clinical services to deliver quality eyewear and service. Assoc degree or 2 years store management plus ABO/NCLE preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with at least 3 years in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and Store leadership.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and deliver results.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR; maintain brand standards in operations.
• Oversee order accuracy, repairs, and timely delivery of eyewear.
