Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Brand Manager for Stanton Optical in Erie, PA to lead talent acquisition and development, manage daily operations, and drive customer-focused performance.

The role requires store-management experience, ABO/NCLE (preferred), and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail setting. You will collaborate across departments to uphold brand standards and deliver excellent eye care services.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Having a valid ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within the first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with at least three years in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; direct recruiting and training plans.
• Builds strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicates effectively with the Support Center and HR.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge lenses.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
