Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development, acting as an ambassador within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will recruit, train, and guide teams while aligning with growth opportunities across Now Optics.

You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold brand standards in the lab area. 2 years of store management and ABO/NCLE preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition and leadership in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train new team members.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and internal teams.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and standards.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and ensure timely orders.
