Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development, partnering with Clinical services to ensure top-tier patient care. You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance plans while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires an associates degree or 2 years of store management experience, with ABO/NCLE certification preferred.
