Stanton Optical is hiring a Brand Manager to lead store operations and talent development, driving customer satisfaction and growth. You will recruit and train staff, work with Clinical services, and analyze performance data to meet goals.

The role emphasizes brand standards, timely service, and collaboration with HR and Support Center, with opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing eyewear retailer.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Preferred ABO/NCLE certification, obtained within the first year.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and coach staff.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform customer repairs and ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients for on-time service.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
