Job summary

Stanton Optical in Erie, PA is seeking a Brand Manager to lead our store team with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will recruit, train and coach staff, partner with Clinical services and HR, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years retail leadership, an associate degree (or 2 years store management), and a willingness to earn ABO/NCLE certification. We offer strong benefits and growth paths.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Effective communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training.
• Build partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, edge lenses, ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in lab area and notify management of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
