Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development in a fast-paced retail optical setting. You will recruit, train, and grow a high-performing team while partnering with Clinical services and HR.

The role emphasizes brand standards in the lab, timely order delivery, and effective communication with the Support Center. A degree or 2 years store management with ABO/NCLE preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; must be willing to earn within year.
• 3+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train staff.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are achieved.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs and lens work; ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report malfunctions.
• Monitor delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
