Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead hiring, development, and operational excellence in our stores. You will partner with Clinical services and HR to build high-performing teams and uphold brand standards across labs and customer service.

The role requires experience in store management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment. AEO/NCLE certification is preferred and encouraged within the first year.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred and to be earned within the first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with at least 3 years in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and partnerships with Recruiting Department.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Execute simple customer repairs and edge stock lenses to expedite eyeglasses delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
