Stanton Optical is actively seeking a Brand Manager who will lead talent acquisition and development within our retail stores, building high-performing teams and ensuring outstanding customer experience. The role requires at least an associate degree or 2 years of store management experience, with ABO/NCLE preferred and a willingness to earn within the first year.

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; must earn within the first year of employment.
• Three+ years in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train team members.
• Partner with Clinical services and build strong collaboration.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs, edge lenses, and expedite eyeglasses delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure on-time service.
• Other duties as assigned.
