Job summary

Stanton Optical, an Now Optics brand, seeks a Brand Manager to lead recruiting, development and store operations with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will oversee staff performance, partner with clinical services, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to grow with our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• Three+ years in a fast-paced retail environment with leadership ability.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit directly and partner with Recruiting Dept.
• Partner with Clinical services and build strong lab/station collaboration.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to align operations.
• Oversee simple customer repairs and lens edging to expedite orders.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and maintain 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
