Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager in Orlando to lead store talent acquisition and development, partner with Clinical services, and ensure outstanding customer/patient experience. You will analyze performance data, maintain brand standards, and drive timely delivery of eyeglasses while fostering an entrepreneurial, growth-minded team environment.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with 3+ years in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and plan for store teams.
• Partner with Clinical services to support store operations.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Oversee customer repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and track equipment issues.
• Maintain on-time delivery commitments to patients (Now Service).
• Other duties as assigned.
