Stanton Optical is expanding its Brand Manager team to lead store talent acquisition, development, and high-performing partnerships with clinical services. You will manage recruiting and training, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience in-store.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial leadership, growth opportunities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to obtain within first year.
• Three years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, partner with Recruiting Dept, train new team members, and plan ongoing development for staff.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
