Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead our Orlando store. You will act as the brand ambassador, building and guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, while aligning with the company’s vision and values.

You will own talent acquisition, training, and performance development, partnering with Clinical services, HR, and Support Center. The role requires strong leadership, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive results in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willingness to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train team members.
• Partner with Clinical services for operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs and edge lenses to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and notify of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
