Stanton Optical in Orlando seeks a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition, development, and day-to-day retail operations. You will recruit, train, and coach teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while partnering with Clinical services and the Support Center.

The role emphasizes driving customer satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and delivering timely eyeglasses orders. Strong leadership and HR collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and partnerships with Recruiting Department.
• Partner with Clinical services and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Analyze reports to track staff performance and goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR teams.
• Oversee customer repairs and lens edging to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor lab quality and equipment reliability.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% on-time service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
