Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train and coach store staff, build partnerships with Clinical services and HR, and ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial leadership, customer focus, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding eyewear and service. Abbott/optical experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience with talent acquisition and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train team members.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee customer repairs and frame assembly to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
