Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store teams, recruit and develop talent, and deliver an outstanding customer experience within the store. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and foster an entrepreneurial mindset aligned with our growth plans.

You will build partnerships with Clinical services and HR, analyze performance data, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; must earn within first year of employment.
• Three+ years leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lab operations, ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
