Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead a store's performance, talent development, and customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and aligning operations with growth plans.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and partnering with Clinical services, while ensuring brand standards in the lab and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse teams and customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services to support patient care.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Support Center and HR.
• Execute simple customer repairs and ensure accurate, timely eyeglasses delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
