Job summary

Stanton Optical in Orlando is seeking a Brand Manager who will act as a brand ambassador, building and guiding high‑performing teams in a fast, fun and collaborative environment. You will recruit, train and develop store staff while aligning operations with our mission to modernize eye care and make it easy for patients.

You will partner with Clinical services and the Support Center, analyze daily reports, ensure goals are met, and uphold brand standards in the lab.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; must earn within first year.
• Three years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform customer repairs and edge lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
