Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead our store team, drive talent acquisition and development, and uphold top-notch customer service. You will partner with HR and the Recruiting Department to build a high-performing staff, while ensuring operations align with brand standards and delivery commitments.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in retail leadership and a passion for mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with 3+ years in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Multitasking and adaptability in a team environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training.
• Partner with Recruiting Department and HR for staff development.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff targets are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Oversee repairs and lens work in-store and ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain brand standards in lab area and report issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Other duties as assigned.
