Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers on the sales floor. You will educate customers about products, build brand loyalty, and use an omni-channel approach to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work as part of a team to meet personal and store goals, assist on the sales floor, and maintain an organized workspace. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible retail schedule and be at least 16 years old with legal eligibility to
