Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering outstanding service and educating on products to inspire wardrobe choices. You’ll collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class omnichannel experience and drive loyalty.

You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with a passion for retail and continuous improvement. Flexibility is required to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
